Equity Leadership Initiative cohort member

I am so excited to be one of the 31 members selected to participate in the inaugural class of the Rhode Island Foundation’s Equity Leadership Initiative (ELI). The program’s goal is to build a pipeline of BIPOC future leaders in established positions of influence throughout the state.
